Angely Gaviria from the Netflix series “Always a Witch/Siempre Bruja.” I really enjoyed the series–not just because it had magic and spice.  But because its lead was such a cute, wholesome dark girl. (A sight that is too rare but awesome to see.)

I have major issues with her being in love with her light skinned OWNER, but I would like to take a moment to appreciate her character. (Also if you stick around for season two it gets better lol)

I just LOVE HER CHARACTER. She’s strong willed - always sticking to her morals and goals, and she’s wholesome - all her goals revolve around fulfilling her commitments and taking care of the people she loves. She’s also just this sexy, cute dark skinned girl that all the boys want, and her friends all respect the hell out her personality traits it’s lovely. This was based on a book so it could have been one of the many times the part is cast as light as possible but they didn’t so woop woop

Oh and also the fact that she’s literally powerful af is just awesome to watch. Everyone bow down.
